The Wiedenmann Core Recycler WB (walk-behind) is a unique machine designed specifically for golf greens and tees. Its sweeping head unit gently collects cores that have been previously punched out and transfers them to a separator. This unit features four rotating, individually adjustable drum screens.

The system effectively separates rough organic materials, such as thatch, from bound sand. The sand is then returned to the soil, while the organic material is directed into a collecting container. This process results in significant time and cost savings for surface sanding, as up to 80% of the valuable sand-and-soil mixture can be reintroduced to the turf.

Additionally, the Core Recycler WB can be used for core collection when the separating function of the sieves is turned off, using special inserts.
